Arcturus Nova (also known as N, Paddy, Fiscal, and Nicolyrezk) is a female furry, whose fursona is a blue and white, yellow-spotted dragoness who is the system administrator for WeyrSpace, ArtPlz, and WTFur. She currently lives in Wales, United Kingdom, where she intends on attending College.

Furry
Arcturus classes herself as otherkin, though is often seen to joke that she is just "suffering from delusions" instead. Whilst usually being an anthropomorphic dragoness, is known to be a shapeshifter, and has many varying guises.

Real Life
In the land outside of the vast, bizarre Internet, Arcturus is a rather diminutive half-irish brit. He spends her days working on projects for Angry Draken Media - as well as working on a number of projects in his free time, such as WTFur and hacking art sites.

Technical responsibilities
He was the founder of ArtPlz, following the breakup of Fur Affinity when he withdrew his hosting of the community following a managerial disagreement with Jheryn Lightfoot, Fur Affinity's founder and administrator over disagreements including taking issue with the dyslexia of one of the fellow administrators.

ArtPlz itself also saw lots of drama after Arcturus developed an Fchan clone for posting furry art, which he titled ChanPlz which illegally restributed copyrighted art. Several volunteers then withdrew their support for ArtPlz, including Arshes Nei ChanPlz was taken down a few days later by Arcturus and others involved in its creation and normality was restorted.

Currently, Arcturus is an administrator for and systems administrator of WTFur, a furry imageboard much like FChan, again with no DNP list and no respect for artists copyright.

Fact and Fiction
To many people online, Arcturus is becoming synonymous with Sibe, thanks in part to him exploiting security vulnerabilities in FurAffinity, as well as his work on WTFur, which posts the copyrighted of several furry artists.

As well as this, he has earned much derision from his disrespectfulThe Pirate Bay inspired legal site, Please Don't Sue, which features some of the many emails received by WTFur, including updated stories of the ongoing conflict between himself, Jeremy Bernal, and several other artists.

Currently, two of the administrators co-running WTFur are being sued by Jeremy Bernal for copyright infringement although Arcturus insists he is not a result of legal proceedings at this time.

Arcturus was recently allowed back onto furaffinity after an extended ban period for taking advantage of security holes, hacking administrator accounts and using them to ban other people's accounts such as Dark Nekokami's. The decision has been met with outcry amongst the furaffinity userbase and the full ramifications of the decision are not yet known.
