Hi, this is [[fluffy (busybee comics)|fluffy]], Findra's RL partner at the time of death. Unfortunately, nobody knows the precise date Findra died, but Skyler and I do know it was sometime between October 9 and October 11 (the announcement was made public on the 12th, as we wanted to notify Findra's family first). I have edited the article accordingly. Out of respect for everyone involved we also have decided not to share more information with the public regarding the circumstances; I know everyone has a certain level of morbid curiosity but in the end all that matters is that a wonderful, brilliant, generous, kind, compassionate, amazing person has left us and it was a gigantic shock to everyone. October 10, 2011{{fact}}), was a [[furry]] who found [[furry fandom]] in 1995, whilst a resident of [[Wikipedia:Leicester|Leicester]], England. Moving to the USA, Findra became a [[MUCK]] [[wizard]] and server administrator for [[SpinDizzy]], and [[Golden Realms MUCK]] (the latter in a non-executive role).

== Fandom involvement ==

Findra was a regular member of the [[Further Confusion]] [[convention committee]], acting as their Hotel Liaison for [[Further Confusion 2005|2005]], Executive Secretary for [[Further Confusion 2006|2006]], and Business Director for [[Further Confusion 2007|2007]]. For [[Further Confusion 2008|2008]], Findra was again Executive Secretary as well as [[AAE]]'s representative on the [[Ursa Major Awards]] committee.

For [[Further Confusion 2009|2009]] Findra was Vice Chair, but on January 11th 2009 resigned from that position, as well as from the position of AAE's representative on the [[Anthropomorphic Literature and Arts Association|ALAA]] committee, citing differences with the Board of AAE on the Board's implementation of policy.
