Florinde is a Dutch Angel Dragon fursona and original character created on November 26, 2018. The date is recognized both as the character's creation date and his canonical birthday.

Florinde serves as the primary furry identity of a Montana-based streamer, gamer, creator, and maker. He appears in livestreams, artwork, VRChat, social media, convention settings, merchandise, and original creative projects.

Although Florinde's primary form is a Dutch Angel Dragon, he possesses the ability to shapeshift into other species. In these alternate forms, he retains his recognizable colors and markings to varying degrees, but one defining trait always changes: his natural eyes cannot be perfectly replicated. As a result, every shapeshifted form has glittering, star-shaped eyes, marking it as a transformed version of Florinde.

History
Florinde was created on November 26, 2018, and has remained the creator's primary fursona since that time. What began as a character design gradually developed into a broader online identity used across furry spaces, livestreaming, virtual-reality environments, social platforms, and creative projects.

Over time, Florinde became more than a single reference character. He came to represent the creator's personality, interests, social presence, and artistic identity within the furry fandom. The character has appeared in artwork, icons, streaming graphics, avatars, stickers, merchandise, and maker branding.

November 26 is treated as Florinde's canonical birthday as well as the anniversary of his creation.

Species
Florinde's primary species is a Dutch Angel Dragon. His natural form includes the equine, draconic, and avian-inspired features associated with the species, such as a rounded muzzle, horns, large feathered wings, expressive ears, and a dragon-like tail.

Although this is his default and most recognizable form, Florinde is not limited to it. Within his lore, he can shapeshift into other species while remaining the same character.

His Dutch Angel Dragon form remains his canonical base appearance.

Appearance
Florinde has a predominantly gray body with a palette built around gray, black, white, bright blue, and yellowish-green or lime-green accents. His design uses the darker neutral body color as a base while brighter colors create strong visual contrast.

His most recognizable physical characteristics include:

* A predominantly gray body and face
* A bright blue or cyan forelock
* Blue accents and markings
* Yellowish-green or lime-green highlights and markings
* Green ear tips
* Black markings throughout the design
* White accents and highlights
* Three white dots positioned above the eye
* A rounded, horse-like dragon muzzle
* Horns
* Large feathered or avian-style wings
* A long dragon-like tail
* A moderately furred tail tip
* No whiskers

While depictions may vary somewhat between artists, avatars, and costumes, these traits are generally maintained in his primary form.

Eyes
In his natural Dutch Angel Dragon form, Florinde has normal yellowish-green eyes.

These eyes are a defining part of his base appearance and should not be confused with the eyes seen in his shapeshifted forms. Florinde does not naturally have star-shaped eyes in his primary body.

When Florinde shapeshifts, he is unable to perfectly replicate his original eyes. Because of this limitation, every transformed form instead displays glittering, star-shaped eyes. This serves as a clear visual sign that the body being shown is not his natural form, but rather a shapeshifted one.

This difference is one of the most important distinctions between Florinde's base form and his transformed appearances.

Shapeshifting
Florinde possesses the ability to shapeshift, allowing him to assume the physical forms of multiple species.

This ability is an established part of his lore and has been represented in livestreams through the use of alternate avatars and forms. These transformed appearances may vary in anatomy, species, silhouette, and overall build, but they are still understood to be Florinde rather than separate characters.

A shapeshift may change characteristics such as:

* Species
* Height or general proportions
* Muzzle and facial structure
* Ear shape
* Tail shape
* Fur distribution
* Wings or appendages
* Other anatomy-specific features

Despite these changes, Florinde's transformed bodies continue to preserve recognizable aspects of his visual identity. His core color palette remains present, and his markings are adapted to fit the anatomy of the new species. The exact placement or shape of those markings may change somewhat, but the overall result remains identifiable as Florinde.

The most important and consistent sign of a shapeshifted form is the eyes. Because Florinde cannot replicate his own natural eyes while transformed, every alternate form displays glittering, star-shaped eyes instead of his normal yellowish-green ones.

These star-shaped eyes are therefore not part of his base form, but a visible indicator that he is shapeshifted.

Design consistency
Florinde may be depicted in several artistic styles, avatars, costumes, and alternate species forms. Even so, several characteristics are used to preserve his identity across versions.

In his primary Dutch Angel Dragon form, the most important recurring traits are:

* Gray base coloration
* Bright blue or cyan forelock
* Yellowish-green accent markings
* Blue, black, and white secondary markings
* Green ear tips
* Three white dots above the eye
* Horns
* Large wings
* A dragon-like tail
* Normal yellowish-green eyes

When Florinde appears in another species form, some of these characteristics may be altered to fit the anatomy of that form. Wings, horns, muzzle shape, or tail structure may change or disappear depending on the transformation. However, his core color palette and an identifiable version of his markings are generally retained.

The key distinction is the eyes:
* Natural form: normal yellowish-green eyes
* Shapeshifted form: glittering, star-shaped eyes

This contrast is one of the strongest visual rules in Florinde's design lore.

Personality
Florinde is generally portrayed as friendly, affectionate, expressive, playful, and social. He is associated with warmth, creativity, humor, and emotional openness.
