Timon b, also known as RabidRaccoon and TimonSuricata, is a furry from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, whose fursona is a meerkat. Timon b has been a furry since the early 1990s, when he started high school. Timon b thinks of himself as a fur, but with beliefs leaning towards anti-fur.

Timon b is into watersports, which he openly loves, and once was an op in #Watersports on Furnet (and #Ozfetishfurs.)fact He is is currently a founder of #Watersports and an avid user of #Furry, #nonanthro, #AnythingGoes and #FurryCoffeeshop on AnthroChat

Timon is one of the founders of the Furry Enforcement Agency (also known as F.E.A.), a small group of furs in Sydney who purport to fight against fursecution and drama in and around the furry fandom.

History
Founded in 2008 by Timon and Jacora, the F.E.A. claims to investigate differences inside the fandom, and to monitor local activities. This is despite Timon b himself having been banned from several Australian furry conventions, furmeets, mailing lists, and IRC channels.

Staff
Timon b has styled himself the "Commissioner" of the F.E.A., while Jacora has the title of "Inspector".
The F.E.A. has a channel (#F.E.A) on Anthrochat, though it is very inactive.

Controversy
*As of October 2007, Timon b is banned from the Furstralia forums.fact
*Timon b was also banned from the OzFurry mailing list on 6 March 2008 for faking emails, both from a former housemate, Cloud, and the list's owner, Ch'marr.<ref>Faked email, and other drama. - posting by Ch'marr, on the OzFurry mailing list. *After an altercation with an underage user, Inugami, he was removed from the AOP list for attempting to remove him for being underage; however #watersports was not, and still is not an age regulated channel.fact
*He was then banned (and K-Lined a short time later)
*Timon b had a restraining order taken out against him by Flaydramon, just before FurJAM 07 to stop him from posting webpages threatening violence against Flaydramon.fact After FurJam 07, Timon b fought the restraining order in court, and won.fact
