123e443: /* External links */

Vector entry
Vector is a male cheetah fursona created by Sam Linton. He has a lean, athletic build, golden‑tan fur with irregular black spots, black tear markings running from his inner eyes to his muzzle, amber‑green eyes, and a long tail with black rings and a black tip. Designed around speed and alertness, Vector is often depicted with responder‑inspired gear and a restless, sarcastic demeanor.

Character
Vector represents a cheetah who is quick in both thought and movement. His lean build and long limbs reflect his sprinting ability, while his expression shows a balance of vigilance and exhaustion. He is loyal and protective of others, using humour and sarcasm to cope with stress. Although he works well under pressure, he tends to overthink and becomes restless when idle.

Appearance
Vector’s base fur is golden tan. His face features black tear marks from the eyes down to the muzzle, a white lower muzzle, and amber‑green eyes. His chest, belly and inner thighs are white, while the rest of his body is covered in irregular black cheetah spots. These spots are smaller and denser on his face and neck and larger on the torso and legs. His tail is long and spotted with a series of black rings near the end and a solid black tip. He has black paw pads and darker claws, and he may be depicted with a slightly nicked ear or small scars to show past misadventures.

Personality
Vector is quick‑thinking, sarcastic and protective. He notices small details, acts decisively in emergencies and often jokes to keep himself and others calm. Despite his confident exterior, he overthinks and avoids emotional vulnerability by focusing on being useful. He dislikes feeling trapped and prefers to stay on the move.

Clothing and accessories
Vector is commonly shown wearing a dark hoodie or cargo pants in casual settings, with a radio clipped to his belt. When depicted as an emergency responder, he may wear a high‑visibility vest, a radio harness, nitrile gloves and a compact medical pouch. An edgier look might include a sleeveless flight jacket, compression shirt, dog tags, thigh bag and goggles.

Fursuit plans
The character design lends itself to a potential fursuit. Priority would be given to clear, maker‑friendly spot patterns, breathable construction, and expressive eyes. A lean plantigrade or semi‑realistic suit would reflect Vector’s athletic build. Accessories such as a radio harness or medical pouch could be incorporated as optional props.

Cairo entry
Sam Linton is a Canadian furry from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
