Vris, or Vriska, also known as Frostbitch, Laevris, Zhaur, Saladsnack and MechanicalJackal, previously as Auxillary and BrokenHeartedHowler (born June, 1994), is a female furry artist, animator, gamer and self-described technosexual who lives in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Fandom involvement
Vris has described her interactions with the live fur community as "pleasant" and "sociable", but tends to neglect the social side of the fandom and has disdain for some within it.clarifycn She prefers to keep her status as a fur closeted outside of the internet.

She attended Confurgence 2014 as an artist and to interact with others. She attended a furmeet once, but declined an invitation to FurJAM by one of its hosts, Foxdale.

She is extremely close friends with many furs such as Silverdeni, NinjaKato, TamberElla and Kel-Del; all of them who also know Frostbitch outside of the internet.

Vris is also a dangerous 'couch hopper' who has used several tumblr users for their houses and stolen money, it is said to approach her with extreme caution or to avoid her all together. She was called out via a tumblr post originally and at least 3 others who have allowed her into their homes have suffered financial loss and emotional abuse.

Fursonas
Vris' fursonaclarify goes by the name of Delta. She appears to have the same personality as her creator. Vris also depicts herself as her World of Warcraft blood elf, or her robosona, who also shares the name Delta with her furry counterpart.

Her first fursona was an Egyptian Jackal named Akira.

Convention attendance
* Confurgence - 2014

Art
Primarily a furry artist, Vris also enjoys drawing humans and robots from time to time, and takes commissions. She also delves artistically around the Mega Man and World of Warcraft fandoms, and she has something of a fetish for Darkspear Trolls.

She has very few original characters on account of most of them being role-play characters, but the ones she draws the most are Vris and Robot!Delta.

In October 2011 she left her account on Fur Affinity due to a dislike of the site's layout and a general preference for deviantART, though she returned in early 2012 to an account named Auxillary, later as Laevris.

Controversy
Vris has been accused of scamming people<ref>DO NOT BUY ART FROM FROSTBITCH AKA SALADSNACK post by Nocturne Nebula on Tumblr.
