Wilma Conway (a/k/a Grandma Kage) is the mother of Dr. Samuel Conway, who is better known in the fandom as Uncle Kage. She is a member of Anthrocon's operations staff.

She is described in the Anthrocon con book thusly:

The chairman's dear and sainted mother. Don't mess with her - she'll take you over her knee in a heartbeat.
