Otherkin

Whenever I see someone use the term 'major overhaul' or 'major correction' to describe a page, I cringe. It usually means a lot of information lost, and a lot of POV entered.

I'm glad you broke that trend. Your rewrite of Otherkin, while very different from the page that I had started, is still factual and gives otherkin a fair shake, with minimal information lost. Good work, and thanks for joining Wikifur.  :) Almafeta 16:19, 25 Aug 2005 (UTC)

Thank you. I debated making such a drastic revision of it. When editing something like that, I do try to follow the principle of not removing data if at all possible - if the new format clashes with the old presentation, rephrase the old information but don't actually remove it. I mostly tried to remove what seemed to be redundencies and bring the entry into synch with what appears to be the mainstream (in a subculture sense, heh) POV on various issues relating to the topic. If you decide something needs to be added back in, well, it's a wiki. --ToyDragon^(talk)

It has not been tagged with a copyright status. This can be a complicated area, so I can try to help if you need any. • If the image is already under a free license, provide information on the license, and tag the image if you can.
