Thanks for the help, negro.

P.S. Can you do custom signatures like HR Wiki?
- Actually, if you look through your user preferences... -- Siege 06:46, 26 Nov 2005 (UTC)
WTF?[edit]
The hell are you doing? --Skunk
- I am translating the system messages that belongs to the Swedish language setting from English to Swedish, which tends to create an overflow of entries in the 'Recent changes' list. There isn't much to do about it, other than toggle the 'show minor edits' flag, I'm afraid. --MKerris 23:29, 28 Nov 2005 (UTC)
Sibe picture[edit]
Hi there! Just to check, did you get permission to place this picture on the Sibe article? We don't want to run into any copyright problems. :-) --GreenReaper(talk) 03:02, 29 Nov 2005 (UTC)
- I got permission from Sibe (who asked me to place the picture there) and HMO gave him free reign on the picture (he can do whatever he wants with it). --Skunk 15:38, 29 Nov 2005 (UTC)
- Thanks for the confirmation. I noticed Sibe decided to add the rest himself. :-) --GreenReaper(talk) 03:21, 30 Nov 2005 (UTC)
Don't revert my edits. (from User talk:Dmuth)[edit]
Ever.
Especially the ones I do to my own page.
- Firstly, it is not really your place to say what Dmuth should or should not do here. He is an administrator on WikiFur as a result of his many useful contributions to the site, and if he made a mistake - like any of us can, and do - a polite note on his talk page would have been enough to sort it out.
- Secondly, and more importantly, you didn't actually make those edits as you, so how was he to know it was you in the first place? One IP looks much the same as another. Frankly, if I see someone adding text calling someone a cocksucking faggot, I'd revert it as well. WikiFur is definitely not a place for you to express such opinions, user page or not.
- Besides, isn't that exactly what the person concerned wants to get out of you - a response? Why give them what they want? --GreenReaper(talk) 10:17, 14 Dec 2005 (UTC)
- Wikifur is NOT a forum to start, settle, OR continue "inflamatory" discussions with third, outside, parties, be it by written or VISUAL ways.
- That image is simply a "visual" way to try to continue to antagonize the outside parties you currently having a "discussion" with. You were explained to that the "written" way of conducting yourself in this manner was not permitted in Wikifur, as is, the "graphical" approach is not going to circumvent this warning, either. Please respect the rules of Wikifur, Thank you. 63.204.227.202 23:42, 15 Dec 2005 (UTC)
- Please do. 63.204.227.202 00:00, 16 Dec 2005 (UTC)
- I just did. And I'm going to keep reverting my page back. Quit assuming my picture is something it's not and GO AWAY.
- I don't see anything wrong with the knife picture. --GreenReaper(talk) 01:47, 16 Dec 2005 (UTC)
- Alright then. I will revert the +SpD on the image, too. Thanks for clarifying. 63.204.227.202 01:56, 16 Dec 2005 (UTC)
Language[edit]
Nice job on the quick reversals. Now, could you not lower yourself to their level, and please lose the extreme, obnoxious language when replying?. A "Please refrain from any further vandalism" will always makes you look more in control of the situation. Spirou 04:26, 16 Dec 2005 (UTC)
Removal of 6000 lines of MP3 listings[edit]
I removed the 6000+ lines of MP3 listings from this page since I do not see how that is appropriate use of the Wiki. Furthermore, it caused breakage when trying to view the diff for that change, as the PHP script timed out after 30 seconds of execution. --Giza 23:04, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
Image:Skunklogo.gif[edit]
Hello Skunk,
This is in regards to Image:Skunklogo.gif. It has not been tagged with a copyright status. This can be a complicated area, so I can try to help if you need any. The Wikipedia Image use policy may give some background, but it isn't policy here.
To deal with this image, there are a few choices:
- If you are the copyright holder, release it under a free license, for example:
- Public domain {{PDImage}}
- Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike {{Cc-by-sa-2.5}}
- GFDL {{GFDL}}
- If you are asserting that this image is usable under fair use, add an appropriate fair use tag. A very basic summary is that fair use is used for commentary, criticism and review on the image when no free image could be used instead. Some fair use tags are:
- Logos: {{logo}}
- Covers: {{Cover}}
- Comic panels: {{Comic-panel}}
- If the image is already under a free license, provide information on the license, and tag the image if you can.
- If you would like the image to be deleted, ask any administrator
To see a list of current copyright tags available on WikiFur, see Category:Image copyright tags If the copyright status is not resolved, the image may be deleted.
Unless you have a question for me specifically, I'd prefer responses on the page for the image. --Rat 08:33, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
