Explanation[edit]
Welcome to WikiFur! We are a freely-editable encyclopedia of the furry fandom and related topics. You started the articles Deivii and Shota-seme; neither of the articles mention any connection to the furry fandom or furry topics. Could you clarify why you started the articles here? -- Sine 23:15, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
- Hello Sine. If you think this isn't enough I'm sorry and I'll go remove the articles. It's because they both will be having their feature as anthros in Yayako's story she is cuurently writing. But because they haven't shown up yet I thought not to put any accidental spoilers before discussing with Yayako what I will/can put there. -- Version4 Dead 01:02, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
- I don't think that is quite sufficient for inclusion here, if that upcoming appearance is these people's only connection to furry. I suggest creating an article on Yayako's story once the story is written and available. -- Sine 01:56, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
- Okay then, I understand (I had just added the project info but ignore it). And again I'm sorry. Version4 Dead 02:01, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Cleanup tag on Xerxes Qados[edit]
The article is primarily about the fursona. Should I add articles about Xerxes as a character and myself? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by XerxesQ (talk • contribs) .
Thanks[edit]
Muchly thanks for adding bits and pieces to my page! I was planning on finishing it myself but I find it complete. Thank you. --Apotheosis 19:13, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
Categories[edit]
I see you and I have the same habit of using our instead of or, but in this case, can we keep the categories consistent with honor, not honour, like you did for the Euroference? Love and kisses, Kendricks Redtail 17:26, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- Eurofurence calls them guests of honour. If some other convention calls them twiddly rabbits of wonderfulness, we can use that. Could you please not use the "Love and kisses" sig to me? I'm not comfortable with that sort of assumed intimacy. -- Sine 17:33, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- ok, fair enough. I just thought maybe it was an inconsistency. And sorry about that, it's not assumed intimacy, its a little thing I like to call snarkiness.--Kendricks Redtail 17:44, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- It is inconsistent, so well-spotted, but also is intentional. Onwards to de-capping and shuffling categories!-- Sine 18:46, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
Long day?[edit]
You've been at this all day. I thought -I- pulled WikiFur marathons. Hey, if there's anything you'd like me to handle, just let me know, k?--Kendricks Redtail 00:35, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
- You don't seriously think it takes anything like my full attention? There's still a remaining few subcategories in your Category:Guests of Honor to clear out, when you get to that. -- Sine 00:47, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
- Oh, I don't imagine it does. This keeps me occupied during work. I'll get to it, although I noticed you left me all the ConFurence ones to do. Did you see my idea on Category_talk:Conventions? I wanted to get your opinion on it.--Kendricks Redtail 00:51, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
- After moving the last 3 subcats from "Category:Guests of Honor" to "Category:Convention guests of honor", I then deleted "Category:Guests of Honor". --EarthFurst 01:46, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
Furry Asia?[edit]
When you added "Furry Asia" to List of furry mailing lists, where you thinking of the Furry Asia that was at http://furryasia.twu.net/ ? --EarthFurst 08:09, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
- I should have been clearer when first creating the list; all I did was copy over what was sitting at Groups to add in Category:Mailing lists. I don't know anything about them. -- Sine 21:14, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
Dead Dog[edit]
Sorry for jumping the gun on merging the Dead Dog articles. I'm a sub-beginner with Wikis. I continued the discussion on the Dead Dog discussion page. --Tom Howling 21:38, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
The Lion King MUCK article[edit]
Excuse the rollback, but your edit to The Lion King MUCK doesn't seem to have been made to the most recent version of the article, and I think it'll be easier to re-do the tables then drift back through edit histories and get the rest of the article restored in bits. -- Sine 06:12, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
- Good catch there. I think I must have been looking in an older version of the article to see if it had a History section that had been removed. --GreenReaper(talk) 06:16, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
Pathia's Page[edit]
I really don't know what you want or need or mean with 'context'. I clearly state that I spin with LT3M, the show's name is Dragon Metal, and further thus has its own section in my user page. What seems to be the problem? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Pathia (talk • contribs) .
- All I can say is that it was not immediately obvious to me. It would be much clearer if you re-worded the relevant bit of the article Pathia to something like "Dragon Metal, a regular show on Less Than Three Music" (which I think is what you mean?) and then decribed the show in formal prose sentences, not bullet points. -- Sine 03:42, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
- I already said that earlier in the article though. That would be near complete sentence repetition. -- Pathia, 5 February 2007
- Okay, I see what you mean now when you modified the page. It was mostly fine, though you completely dropped the point of me playing things outside of Power Metal. So I tweaked the last sentence of that section a bit. Hopefully it is still okay. Pathia, 7 February 2007
Question for you[edit]
On Talk:Seeing Red. --GreenReaper(talk) 18:28, 11 March 2007 (UTC)
Art drive[edit]
According to my records I still owe you for your art contributions. There is one pic I haven't heard back about, but I can settle the rest for you if you like. Also, I've decided that I won't count "Permission to use on WikiFur only" art towards the art bounty. Regardless of whether it's policy on WikiFur, it's my personal policy for the art drive. I will still reimburse for art that's already uploaded though. --Rat 04:49, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
