Sema JayHawk (also known as Sema, SemJay, or just SJ) is an American Pit Bull Terrier-Siberian Husky mix from the Chicagoland Area. She was born February 27th 1986 and has been a furry as long as she can remember, but didn't get really involved in the fandom until 2004. She is an active member of the Lake Area Furry Friends (LAFF) and even runs their group on SecondLife. She is also the creator of SliderCon - a monthly trip to a local White Castle.

Sema is a cartoonist, you can see her work on her website, Old Stinky Dog Productions. She is also an avid fursuiter, and will fursuit whenever given the chance.

You may have seen Sema at Midwest Furfest 2004 and 2005 - as well as Anthrocon 2005 and 2006. She also will be at MFF 2006 and Anthrcon 2007 - so if you missed her at other cons, expect to see her there!

Sema and Taren Nauxen are the creators of the furry fandom's first Double fursuit, Snuggles Rotterdobe

In her regular life, Sema is a Veterinary Technician. She loves dogs and has a vast knowledge of them, including knowledge of their many different breeds, health issues as well as Dog Psychology. She considers the dog her Totem Animal - and lives her life through the lessons dogs have to offer.
