Chibi Pa is a gathering of fans of Japanese Anime and Culture. Running mostly 49 hours Chibi Pa is know for fun and weirdness. This year we are creating the Furricane Shelter.
This room is for furries and by furries. Games videos and special guest. Tom Fischbach of 2kinds.com webcomic will be there. He will host a panel on drawing furries.
