Ivan Repin adopted the name Thakur, an anthropomorphic cat character from the Ratha's Creature series by Clare Bell, as an alter-ego ,for a while. Ivan was previously known as TigerTim. Ivan currently is known as Sparkietiger. the name refers to his furry identity as a Tiger and his current work ( A slang term for an electrician is a 'sparkie')
Ivan ran a costume company called Animal Crackers Costume Hire but has retired that Business. He still makes and uses fursuits but strictly for fun . He is now an electrical contractor in Sydney, Australia,running TigerDen Communications and specialises in IT infrastructure and phone systems. He also works in industrial Maintenance with Ativo ,a unit of the Skilled Group. .His main presence online is now on AustralianFursuiters,having left FurryMUCK when it became obvious he had worn out his welcome there.He also has accounts on Twitter, Furaffinity, and PHfurs and is also on Linkedin.
