Tank Girl is a British comic series that was made into a 1995 live action film.
The story is centered around Tank Girl, who travels in her tank around a futuristic wasteland Australia to battle over the control of water with the help of her boyfriend Booga, a genetically engineered anthropomorphic kangaroo.
