I know Suran is arguing with Jaeger Fuchs and Tig Wolf about the name, but is this really a dispute in the legal sense of the term? Are there any references for this statement additional to Suran's claims, for example statements from the other party? --o'wolf 19:36, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

A UDRP-Dispute in front of a WIPO-Jury has not yet been filed, much less legal action taken. However the site does not say so or imply this at all. Is there a besser word then "to dispute" to describe the matter? --Suran 02:06, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
The german law-firm they had as an admin-c for (as opposed to just had to release that domain to us under threat of legal action. Thus now you may call it a legal dispute. You may take the Denic-dispute-entry in whois as a prove for a dispute. --Suran 12:50, 25 March 2008 (UTC)

With the creation of FetishZone is it safe to say at this time that the naming dispute has been resolved with the result that the former will no longer be operating under that name? If so, then this article should probably be reworked accordingly. --mwalimu 18:41, 25 April 2008 (UTC)

It's in the process of being resolved. Once they have redirected visitors to that domain for a few month, we'll see what we can agree on regarding the domain. Feel free to edit the article. That's what wikis are for, --Suran 11:47, 27 April 2008 (UTC)
I updated the wiki-pages to reflect the current situation. --Suran 05:50, 14 May 2008 (UTC) is for sale. $5000.00 USD —The preceding unsigned comment was added by TiGWolf (talkcontribs) 00:56, 17 May 2008 (UTC).

NOW it has been resolved. I just transfered to my usual registrar and upated mail, web, SSL-certificate,... and wrote an entry in the Shop-Blog about it. --Suran 06:15, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

Future Outlook[edit]

Moved from main page. --GreenReaper(talk) 01:12, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

YiffyToys (now FetishZone has outgrown our original business model and have launched a completely new site catering to all fetishes with over 600 items and counting. As a result, will be offered for sale at the end of the fiscal year 2008. TiGWolf 00:58, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

Isn't that about when Suran would be granted the service mark, making him able to demand that you relinquish the domain name anyway? It seems like anyone buying that would be getting a raw deal (unless, of course, they wished to use it for a completely unrelated area of business). --GreenReaper(talk) 05:10, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
It seems that obvious that noone wanted to buy it as it still points to fetishzone. Both my trademarks are granted, TigWolfs is declined, an ultimatum to settle this peacefully has passed and we are currently preparing the legal actions (takes a while). --Suran 05:12, 24 January 2009 (UTC)
