Linux port[edit]
I did the Linux port back in the day, and porting it was pretty much a straightforward process - there was some DOS-specific bits of code that had to be disabled, but otherwise it worked out of the box. I still have the source code somewhere, but I don't know if I can make a new build. I didn't do a newer build back in the day because, basically, I was clumsy enough to not find an actually working new port of Allegro. I wholeheartedly agree that the DOSBox is nowadays a good direction to go, however; the Linux port just wasn't that amazing to begin with and I find it highly unlikely that the old binaries will work, in the unlikely case you can still find them somewhere. --wwwwolf (barks/growls) 15:24, 2 August 2008 (UTC)
