I still want to know just what that genius was thinking when he wrote "The swearing however, is often limited and most often is tamed to "holy cow" and similar due mostly to the fact that it is a canadian-made comic."
- Because, uh, VGcats is one of the more vulgar webcomics I've read, and also what in the world does being Canadian have to do with relative vulgarity content? --Xax 21:24, 15 Aug 2005 (UTC)
- There is also this strip which is directly referenced in the article. I also have the impression that the old public communication (primarily Television) restrictions I assumed were in effect during 1996 and who knows how long before were to blame. In that time, rumors I have heard indicated that cartoons like Bugs Bunny, Tom and Jerry, and others were banned because of their content and shows made in Canada at the time were designed with the restrictions in mind.. Since this no longer seems to be true, the page can be edited correctly. --Markus 21:44, 15 Aug 2005 (UTC)
