I have an article?
It seems someone considers me renouned enough to have my own article on a Wiki, even though I haven't heard of this one before. Who ever it was that emailed me and notified me, thanks again.
Anyways, while I am flattered someone made this, the article was...quite poorly done, especially the initial creation. That was atrocious, to say the least. As a Wikipedian and heavy contributer to the Escape Velocity Nova Wiki, I wouldn't be caught dead writing something that poor, no offense to the authors. I've touched it up a bit and improved it a bit, but I'm not sure how much it is allowed to be expanded for writers. Can anyone fill me in on that?
I'll probably patrol this article, since it is about me, to make sure at the least people spell my character and story names correctly (Its not Verashan its Vera'Shan, not Mind is a Weapon but The Mind is a Lethal Weapon, etc.) and the information is accurate. -TwilightPhoenix 22:08, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
- Well, the person who added it was anonymous, probably for the best. :-) As it is, you're welcome to add to and update material on this page. We do not have a policy against so-called "vanity pages", although you may want to ensure that it doesn't look particularly vain - as a regular wiki editor, you're probably aware of how those kinds of article look to other people. Specifically for writers, you're welcome to describe your works on this page, but I would recommend not expanding them to separate articles unless the works are "of note" (usually, this means that they are widely known among the fandom or have been published in print). --GreenReaper(talk) 22:20, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
