Just a small note, being satirical or comedic doesn't make something free from copyright infringement. In the case of nostalgia critic videos they would be considered riffs as they comentate over and summarise the entire film, they are arguably replacements for the original work and thus infringements. This is why mst3k had to get legal permission or use public domain works for all their episodes.
