Guys, I was going to write a completely separate entry for Astolpho, especially because the artwork I do as Astolpho is so different from the artwork I do as rootdown.

What's stopping you?  :) Almafeta 16:19, 25 Aug 2005 (UTC)
dogg I had to go to class! --Rootdown 17:53, 25 Aug 2005 (UTC)
Where's your priorities. ;) --Rama 17:55, 25 Aug 2005 (UTC)
Fortunately, he found time, and as a result we have our featured article of the day. --GreenReaper(talk) 04:32, 28 Aug 2005 (UTC)

Now if only he wasn't such a wuss D: -JoshuaWoulf

So are the recent edits indicative of some recent change in wikifurry policy about keeping online personas separate or is this just wikifurry editors being overzealous nerds all high on unearned authority again? --Rootdown 17:31, 26 June 2007 (UTC)

And if Dmuth's edits are any indication apparently the discussion pages are to be officially used as some kind of furry slambook now? That's genius, one encyclopedia dramatica wasn't enough. --Rootdown 18:35, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
The only drama I see here is your name calling. Have you considered behaving Civilly? --Douglas Muth 18:52, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
I don't behave "civilly" because every attempt I make to revert malicious edits on pages that are about me is undone by wikifur editors. You guys would get politeness and courtesy from me if you bothered to extend any to me in the first place; in all of my experiences with wikifur the rudeness has always been initiated by the administrators, who are then somehow baffled when I'm rude in return. On planet Dmuth, 'nerd' is not an okay thing to call somebody but 'wuss' is? Lead from the front, duder. --Rootdown 19:05, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
OK, chill peoples. I see no reason why we have to connect the two personae against the wishes of the player, so if there is due case, please spell it out for me. This isn't the first case where we have permitted a public and private identity. --GreenReaper(talk) 19:22, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for addressing this; this was my understanding of wikifur policy from the start. I would appreciate it a great deal if in the future the rest of your administrators could also be made apprised of this so that the next time somebody who has a personal grudge against me (like Arcturus, in this case) makes some malicious edit to the articles I can repair them without being hassled by a bunch of condescending administrators. --Rootdown 19:28, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
If you had been using your account when making your first two edits, perhaps you would have had better luck. Administrators will generally view the removal of information by anonymous users as undesirable, and revert it. That is also WikiFur policy. --GreenReaper(talk) 00:06, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
