Talk:Richard Katellis

Given that the original edits appear to have originated from an IP in Sweden, I have serious doubts about the intentions of the author. From what I know of the (very NSFW, by the way) comic, it appears that the author is ascribing the behaviors of the characters in Richard's comic to him and his family. Whether this is truth or fiction, I don't know, but it seems wildly implausible to me. --Duncan da Husky 13:12, 28 February 2006 (UTC)

Has anybody heard anything from Katellis in the last two years? The last post to KitnKayBoodle is December 2016. His last LiveJournal entry is 2008. His last VCL entry is 2005. I can't find any evidence that he is even alive, much less continuing to produce Furry art. APDamien (talk) 13:16, 19 November 2018 (EST)

KatEllis was an alias/fictional personality of Albert Temple, who passed away in 2017. It looks like this article was written as a polite fiction... --Equivamp - talk 16:15, 19 November 2018 (EST)
Or by somebody who didn't know KatEllis's real name. I didn't until I saw this comment.APDamien (talk) 14:37, 21 November 2018 (EST)
Are you sure Katellis and Temple are the same person? Their drawing styles are somewhat similar, but there are also differences. And they have different birthdates. APDamien (talk) 21:04, 12 December 2018 (EST)
Because people can't make up a fake birthdate? :P Enough research into Richard Katellis has been done to determine he doesn't exist; they even checked the city where Richard claimed to have lived, and they found no one by that name lived there. - —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 2603:9001:5109:1B69:104E:70BF:43F5:5276 (talkcontribs) .
Rdewalt confirms that Albert Temple and Richard Katellis — among others — were the same person. There was a lot going on here, and it doesn’t do those left behind any favors to leave this in the realm of rumor and whisper networks. Katellis, Catswhisker, they weren’t discrete physical beings, whatever else was going on. People who followed Kit ‘n Kay, at the very least, deserve confirmation that the creator has passed, whether or not articles are finally merged.
