Talk:Et Arcumbra Vulpes
I've added the "appropriate?" tag as I'm rather dubious about half-finished pet-projects and works-in-progress (as sometimes lack of time or loss of interest by their creator means they never get completed). Thoughts? In any case, the article needs references.--Higgs Raccoon 22:56, 19 June 2009 (UTC)
- We normally restrict future, "maybe" projects until it can be article as actual. The addition of the "appropriate?" tag is valid, imho. I get 4 hits total, none covering the project, just the title - Spirou 01:45, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
This game is NOT a "maybe" cause. The game is going to be fully made, and my fiance is NOT a person who quits on something. He plans to take this game all the way to the end, and he also plans to add some bonus features. So if you two people don't mind laying off my fiance and letting him go on with his work, and also take off that "Candidate for deletion" title, and also quit editing EVERYTHING he puts up, claiming it's inappropriate, then maybe things will be a LOT better. Otherwise, you WILL lose a user. Lunestar Aesther 19:24, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
- Please understand that we are not picking on your fiance. Detailed descriptions of future personal projects are discouraged because, in our experience, many future works do not turn out entirely as planned - if they do at all. The result is an article that needs to be heavily rewritten, or deleted. All too often they become stale, because few editors have the knowledge needed to update them. This reduces WikiFur's quality as a source of reliable information.
- More generally: WikiFur is not a webspace provider. Content added to WikiFur is expected to conform to our policies, and will be edited as necessary. As it says below, "if you don't want your writing to be edited mercilessly . . . then don't submit it here." --GreenReaper(talk) 20:52, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
