I see the {{unref}} template was placed at the top of this article, and the requested citations are next to my legal name, birth year, and current residence. I, the subject of the article, provided that information personally. How do I go about proving who I am and where I live to appease these requests? I'm not going to upload a photo of my driver's license... lol.

I've seen other articles edited by their subjects where these tags weren't placed after the info they personally volunteered, so what must be done to have them removed from mine?

Also, on a side note, if anyone reading this has the ability to rename my user account from "Brian vermin" to "Brian Vermin," it will be appreciated. It was a stylization error on my part when I signed up. Brian vermin (talk) 10:51, 31 October 2014 (EDT)

I have removed the citation tags. Equivamp - talk 23:05, 31 October 2014 (EDT)
