Octan, also known as Steve Puckett and Steve the Pocket (born February 8),[1] is a furry artist who lives in Ohio, U.S.A.[1] His fursona is a bearcat.
Octan draws a webcomic, Mandy, about "a little dog with a big attitude — and a big crush on her owner, Jeremy Ivins".[2]
