Sergey Atamanov, who uses the name Skar, is a professional web designer from Moscow, Russia, and a long time fan of The Lion King. He is the creator and the sole maintainer of LionKing.ru, a popular site in the Russian furry community. Despite claiming that he is a Lion King fan and not a furry, Skar is one of the major contributors to Rusfurrence and attends many furry events in Russia and some european countries. He is an avid traveller and amateur photographer.
Skar is one of the regulars on the RusNet IRC channel #tlk-r.
