Previously, The Lion King II: Simba's Pride MUCK, with a different plot, ran on the same server address.

As of early October 2006, The Shadowlands had "been down for some time" after its "server died completely"; Kirota was "working on getting a new one". ^[1] Three months later, there had not "been a word from Kirota."^[2]
