Ruggs

Ruggs was a furry whose fursona was a dog.[1] Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada,[1] he later moved and lived in New Zealand.[1]
In 2010, Ruggs was on the staff of FurcoNZ, handling Security.
Ruggs passed away sometime during the summer of 2019.
