Rainfurrest 2008, the second Rainfurrest, was on September 26-28, 2008 at the Seattle Airport Marriott. The theme was "Flight".^[1] The artist guest of honor was Werepuppy.^[2]

The final count said at the closing ceremonies was 599, with 89 in the fursuit parade. "More than $1000" was donated to the Ferret Rescue Society.

Events included Fursuit Masquerade, Pet Auction, Plushie Costume contest, Ice Cream Social, and Gaming.^[3]

The dances were from 9PM to 2AM Friday and Saturday.^[4]

• Saturday: EarVelvet and Angel (fursuit friendly from 10-11)
