Niveus

Niveus (full name Niveus Septentrionalis), also known as Bipolarbear or Bipolarbear77 (not to be confused with the character of the same name from the animated series Queer Duck) is a furry who lives in Colorado, U.S.A.^[1] His personal character is a white-furred polar bear.
