The New Year's Furry Ball is an annual event hosted by Protocollie and other local furs in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey region of the U.S.A.

  • The first event, the New Year's Furry Ball 2007, was organized by LupineFox and held on December 31, 2006 - January 1, 2007 in two suites at the Quakertown Comfort Inn, with a total of 55 attendees.
  • New Year's Furry Ball 2008 took place December 31, 2007 - January 1, 2008 at the same venue and had an attendance of 92.
  • New Year's Furry Ball 2009 took place December 31, 2008 - January 1, 2009 at the same venue with 122 registered attendees. The event expanded from two suites to six independent room parties throughout the hotel, each with its own theme. Attendees received badges made to resemble government passports, and each official party had a unique stamp for attendees to collect on their passports.
  • New Year's Furry Ball 2010 took place December 31, 2009 - January 1, 2010, once again at the Comfort Inn. The event was, for the first time, organized by Protocollie. There were four con suites next door to each other: registration/raffle, video game room, open bar/dance suite (21+ to enter), pizza/lounge room and one additional open room party serving dinner. There were 115 registered attendees.
