Midwest Furry Fandom, Inc. is the parent corporation of Midwest FurFest. The corporation was created in Glen Ellyn, Illinois in 1999 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. The corporate headquarters are presently registered in Rosemont, Illinois.

The founding Board of Directors for Midwest Furry Fandom, Inc. were:

Over the years, Stevie, Tiresta, Firewing, and Moryssa have voluntarily left the board, and Linnaeus (Paul Lester), Mirko, Gary Breuckman (puma), Kyle Webb (Hartree Fox), Andrew Miller, T. Murono and Perro have been added.

Perro became president of the board in February 2016, succeeding Robert King.[1] The board also has a secretary and treasurer.
