Midwest FurFest 2021
Midwest FurFest 2021 was the twenty-second iteration of the Midwest FurFest furry convention. It was held December 3-5, 2021 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois, USA.
Second try[edit]
Midwest FurFest 2021 was a carbon copy of Midwest FurFest 2020, the convention that was canceled[1][2] the prior year due to the worldwide advent of the Coronavirus disease 2019, most commonly known as COVID-19, or just COVID, an infectious disease[3] caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
It used the same theme as MFF 2020's theme (Intergalactic), along with the same Guests of Honor scheduled for that year.
Midwest FurFest 2021 had an attendance of 9,332 people, and helped raise over $74,303 for MCP Chicago.[4]
