Message board at MFF 2006

One form of communication at furry conventions is to have a series of message boards, also known as bulletin boards, located at a central area in convention space. The message boards consist of one or more corkboards where the following things are usually posted:

  • Notes from furs with the room number at they are in
  • Notes from furs who are looking for other furs
  • Cellphone numbers
  • Fliers for room parties

Sometimes the message boards perform similar functions to Freebie Tables at conventions.
