Mephit Furmeet 7 (a.k.a. MFM7) was held from August 29 to September 1, 2003, at the Holiday Inn Select at Memphis International Airport in Memphis, Tennessee. The theme for 2003 was "Seventh Silly Skunkie Symposium."
According to the Anthropomorphic Fandom Convention Information Sheet, MFM7 had a total attendance of 420. Over $7000 was raised for the convention charity, Tiger Haven.[1]

The guest of honor for 2003 was artist and fursuiter Loriana Vixen.
[edit] David Neff memorial
A memorial dinner was held in honor of David "TV Dave" Neff, a broadcast journalist who had been covering furry fandom before he died in Saudi Arabia while covering the Iraq War.
[edit] Annual T-shirt design contest
Jodi "J3T" Tong was the winner of the popular vote for the T-shirt front and would return in 2006 as the guest of honor.
The winner of the T-shirt back design, selected by convention director Tyger Cowboy, was Jaden Heartdancer.
