Margaret Carspecken

Margaret Carspecken is a furry artist who lives near Springfield, Missouri, U.S.A. She and her husband Robert are the creators of the webcomic Faux Pas. She has been involved in furry fandom since the 1980's, first as a member of the APA Rowrbrazzle (where she met Robert), then later as a member of Tim Fay's Inkspots fanzine. Margaret collaborated on the SCA-based Warthaven comic with Mark Wallace (aka William Blackfox) until the latter's untimely death in September of 1997. She is the author of Sweet Treats - Easy-To-Make Dessert Recipes from the Kitchen of Marsha Redfox, and does paintings and prints for furry convention art shows.
Robert and Margaret were guests of honor at Midwest FurFest 2000 and Rocket City FurMeet 2007 in May. They were also awarded the 2004 Ursa Major Award for Best Anthropomorphic Comic Strip for Faux Pas.
