Marc "Waccoon" Leveille is a comic artist who created Backing Out of the Outback, with a theme based in Australia, and The Wacintosh Files. Waccoon himself hails from the Boston, Massachusetts area. He also owns the website Nine Chime Design which hosts sites for several furry artists, including himself, as well as the Coonikaki and Deep Thinkin' Perverts oekaki boards. Not only does he hosts those oekaki boards, but he also has designed several oekaki programs as well.
