Jewel is a white male born September 1983. He is currently living with his fiance Trickster. They reside in Columbus, Ohio. He is a student at OSU studying for a BS in computer science.

Jewel helped found the furry convention Morphicon. He has been on the board of directors since the beginning. He has run registration every year since the convention's inception up until Morphicon 2008, when he served as convention chair, a position he continues to hold to this day.
