Tapewolf, also known as DOUG the Eagle (real name Joseph Paul Morris), is a writer, musician, and computer programmer who lives in the Wales,[1] United Kingdom.

Fandom involvement[edit]

Dan and Mab's Furry Adventures' fandom[edit]

Tapewolf is a prominent member of the Dan and Mab's Furry Adventures (DMFA) forum and is an administrator of The Clockwork Mansion's forums, which hosts the DMFA's forum.[2]

Fursona[edit]

Tapewolf uses a likeness of Jakob Petterson, his wolf incubus character, as a fursona.

Music[edit]

Under the handle DOUG the Eagle, tapeworlfhas released thirteen albums, with a fourteenth in progress. His music has included songs based upon the webcomics Dan and Mab's Furry Adventures, The Foxfire Chronicles and Gaming Guardians.[4][5]

Gaming[edit]

Tapewolf has written many video game walkthroughs (anti-walkthroughs) where he abuses bugs and game features for humorous effect.[clarify][citation needed] These have included the Ultima series, System Shock, Deus Ex, Arx Fatalis, the Thief[clarify] series, Morrowind, and Oblivion.
