Ink Spots: Comics for Cartoonists was a small APAzine edited and published by Timothy Fay from 1988 to 1995, mainly composed of current or ex-Rowrbrazzle members. Ink Spots was published bi-monthly and issues would alternate between artwork & stories, and commentary on the previous issue's items. "21 art issues [were] published from 1988 to 1995."[1]

Members included Robert and Margaret Carspecken, Greg Bear, Bill Fitts, Reed Waller, Ken Fletcher, Tom Foster, Chuck Melville and animators Dave Kuhn and Dave Bennett, as well as Timothy himself. Fay stepped down as editor in 1995 and two issues (#20-C, #21) were published by Tom Foster in 1996.
