In His Own Country

"In His Own Country" appeared in issue 39 of Tales of the Tai-Pan Universe. It is a short story by Kristin Fontaine set in on the merchant ship Tai-Pan in the aftermath of a pirate attack on the ship and its crew. It won the 2005 Ursa Major Award for Best Anthropomorphic Short Fiction.
