Howloween 2009 was a furry-themed party that occurred on Saturday, November 7. It held at the Compass Point Inn in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, and was comprised of various events ranging from games, panels, competitions, and a dance. The event ran all day and ended at 1am on Sunday morning. A fursuit bowling event was held on November 8.
Event organizer Aphinity sought volunteers to help with planning, setup, and event ideas for this year, although he did not get many. Hotel rooms were available for reservation for a special rate of $89 by contacting the Compass Point Inn.
