Hot Dish is a recurring anthology of furry fiction published at irregular intervals by Sofawolf Press. According to the back cover of Volume #1, "Hot Dish is a collection of stories about the romantic and erotic relationships between characters of disparate species and sexual orientations. It is a hearty portion of quality fiction which was too long to fit into our yearly adult anthology, Heat." Alopex is the editor of the Hot Dish anthologies.

Hot Dish is described in the submission guidelines on the Sofawolf Press website as "a supplementary anthology to Heat, focusing on longer romantic and/or erotic stories: 10,000–20,000 words in length," also stating that it is less visually oriented than Heat and features stories that are more complex and broad. Hot Dish does not follow a fixed schedule but will be published whenever they have accepted enough submissions to complete a novel-length collection.
