Higgins Dragon

Higgins Dragon is a furry artist who lives in California, U.S.A. His fursona is a pudgy, gold-scaled dragon.

Higgins created the Iron Artist event which is held annually at Further Confusion. He was a member of the team behind ArtSpots, and compiled the Yerf Historical Archive.
