Furstivus was a furry convention held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA over New Year's Weekend from December 30, 2011 to January 1, 2012.[1]

Among other usual convention features and events, Furstivus presented Festivus holiday traditions including Feats of Strength and the Airing of Grievances[2]. The website described Furstivus as "A holiday furry convention."[3]

The convention was put together on short notice by SkippyFox and friends due to the New Year's Furry Ball skipping New Year's 2012. The event happened once due to a desire not to compete with the New Year's Furry Ball in the future and the fact that New Year's Eve does not always fall on a weekend.[4]

The con had an attendance of 238 furs, with 45 fursuiters in the parade.[5]

On November 2, 2012, SkippyFox indicated that he intended to let the Furstivus.com domain expire, officially marking the convention's "indefinite hibernation".[6]
