FurryLah (styled Furry Lah! and abbreviated FL!) was Singapore's first furry convention. The first FurryLah took place November 28-29, 2015, at the Bayview Hotel Singapore.[1] FurryLah 2016 took place November 25-27, 2016, at the Quarters Hostel, hosting "17 furries from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines".[2] Events included a presentation on Singapore's furry history, fursuit handler training, and a fursuit walk to Merlion Park.[2]
No FurryLah took place in 2017. Convention staff - such as Krado - intended on returning to the Bayview Hotel, but it was going through renovations and would not be ready in time for FL!. [3] FurryLah was set to return in 2018,[4] but this did not happen, and the convention's Twitter account says "We are closed. Thanks for the memories!" as of November 2019.
