Furries of the Valley is an article which was published in Metro, "Silicon Valley's Weekly Newspaper", in December 1999. The author is Annalee Newitz.

Pressed Fur describes this as being a "unique article for the fact that it's a very "primer-book" rose-colored glasses view of furry."[1]
