FurWAG 2013 was the first FurWAG convention, which took place over October 4-6, 2013, at the Rendezvous Studio Hotel in Perth, Western Australia.[1]
The theme of the convention was "The Maiden Voyage!", encompassing all things relating to pirates.[2] The Guest of Honour was writer Paul Kidd.[1]
FurWAG 2013 attracted 137 attendees, and raised A$4800 for their charity (Native Animal Rescue).[3]
