Frogela (also known as Czar) is an artist who specializes in drawing both humans and furries. Her fursona is a green and yellow frog who often wears red and yellow striped underwear with a hammer and sickle symbol on the back.
Frogela, as a character, is depicted as having a tabby cat step-sister named Kat. The character is also known to be promiscuous with a particular taste for older men.
