The image is part of the whole Vorderman meme, and used for informative purposes both about the meme and the program in general. It's only a small part of the whole program. And even if it doesn't full under the regular fair use rationales, it could also fall under parody, which is another protected fair use. The matter of how much coverage, if any, to give the Vorderman thing is a matter of editorial judgement, but as long as we have some commentary around it, I don't think there's any worry about the fair use status of the single image. --Rat 07:36, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
