Keela
Keela is the name for a fictional reptilian lizard character as well the alias for Louie Moran, the real life creator behind the character.

[edit] The Character
Keela is a large green reptilian creature called a sapiosaur, which closely resembles a frilled lizard or a dragon. Keela stands over six feet tall, has a round muscular build and has two large segmented "frills" on either side of his head, has a hard jagged-edged lips structure a two small horns. He often carries a sword or shield and sometimes has a tattoo or arm band on both arms.
Despite what kind of lifestyle he is living, Keela generally enjoys eating, deviant sex, music, battles, traveling and spending time with friends.

Keela is portrayed in real life by Louie Moran, who currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He is an artist, a writer and a DJ and attends many furmeets and other events run by vfur.
Keela found out about the furry fandom back in 2000 when he happened upon an issue of Furrlough, but in reality he has been drawing and writing stories involving anthropomorphic characters since 1990.
Between 2003 and 2005, Keela has joined a number of furry websites and forums such as furry.ca, and furtopia.org but wasn't until 2004 when he joined vfur, a local Vancouver Yahoo! group.
In 2004, Keela graduated from the Art Institute Of Burnaby and is currently looking for work in game development.

Keela appears in a number of stories that the creator has written since 1995. His character is not always consistent between stories and many of these stories are incomplete and in paper form only. A list of stories Keela appears in include the following:

As of July 2008, the first season of Exodia is complete and online in it's entirety.

Keela appears in several art pieces on various different art sites including DeviantArt, Fur Affinity and his own personal web page. Keela began drawing and coloring art of his characters in 2004 and has created a number of self portraits of his character and other characters. Keela has also been drawn by a selection of other artists, such as K'sharra, Marci McAdams, Kitsumi, Lizardbeth, Rye Bunny, Midnight Dragon, Sskessa, Susi and Lordstacker.
[edit] Radio and DJ
Since 2004, Keela has been an online DJ on Radio Furtopia using Shoutcast to stream live mixing and interacting with his listeners on irc.furtopia.org. As of July 6, 2007, Keela has chosen to part ways with Radio Furtopia in hopes of switching to another station and gaining a broader audience.
On August 25, 2007, Keela performed his very first public DJ performance at Rainfurrest in Seattle, Washington at the Seatac Holiday Inn Theatre.
On October 27, 2007, Keela dj-ed a local Halloween party hosted by Aphinity in North Vancouver, BC. The house party, which attracted over 50 local furs in the Vancouver area and beyond, was an event that was held in the absence of Howloween.
In 2008, Keela (under the alias DJ Digi-fox) played two high profile gigs over the summer. One being at Feral! 2008 in Algonquin Provincial Park, Ontario on August 26 & 27, 2008 and the other being at Rainfurrest 2008 in Seattle, Washington on September 26, 2008. Keela also played a third gig on November 8 for Howloween 2008 in Surrey, British Columbia.
